The Contractor shall provide specialist technical and freelance services as described in the associated quotation. Any services not expressly stated are excluded unless agreed in writing.
All services are supplied by Coherence Integrated Systems Engineering – FZE as the contracting entity. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a valid Purchase Order or written confirmation explicitly accepting the quotation and these Terms & Conditions.
Services may be delivered through the Director and/or nominated personnel. No direct contractual relationship exists between the Client and individual personnel.
A standard working day is 10 hours inclusive of reasonable breaks and applies regardless of the day of the week.
Extended or multi-day engagements may be priced on a project or blended basis. Such pricing applies only to the agreed engagement and does not establish precedent.
Variations to scope, schedule, hours, or responsibility shall be chargeable and may require revised written approval.
Travel, accommodation, visas, transport, per diem, and related costs are excluded unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the confirmed start date may be charged in full. Postponements may be treated as cancellations unless rescheduled dates are confirmed in writing.
Invoices may be issued weekly, per milestone, or at project completion. Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date.
The Client shall ensure safe working conditions, accurate information, and an authorised project contact.
Services shall be performed with reasonable skill and care. The Contractor shall not be liable for delays or losses outside reasonable control.
Methods, workflows, and technical know-how remain the intellectual property of the Contractor unless otherwise agreed.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Acceptance of a quotation, Purchase Order, or written confirmation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Standard freelance technical services rates, working conditions, standby structure, and commercial engagement framework.
STANDARD DAY RATE
Based on a 10-hour working day. Exclusive of VAT, travel, and expenses.
HOLIDAY RATE
Applicable on 25 December, 31 December, and 1 January.
TRAVEL DAYS
Travel-only or standby days are charged at 50% of the standard rate.
PREPARATION / PROGRAMMING
System design, preparation, coordination, and programming are billed at the full standard rate.
